25+ Picky Parents Reveal the Wholesome Parenting Practices That Annoy Them

You don't have to be a parent to realize that a lot of the people raising kids are — how do I put this politely? — a little eccentric in the ways they choose to do so. Countless therapists would go bankrupt if parents didn't mess their children up, but plenty are also trying their best! 

There is a cohort of moms and dads in this generation who take their role seriously, but this can lead to some stark differences in opinion. Even the most well-meaning actions can cause controversy, as proved in a recent Twitter thread. 

Asking parents what "genuinely nice" approach to parenting annoyed them the most, people did not hold back on bringing out their inner hater. It just goes to show that there is never a right answer when it comes to being responsible for a kid. The best you can hope is that despite everything, they turn out to be decent people.

I realize it's terrible to experience, but I've seen too many people asking about how they can get the other kid kicked out of the school and not realize how terrible that is for the other family involved.

Just have a breakfast w your grown up of choice.

I've performed at birthdays that were easily $10-20k or more, for literal babies. It's just throwing a party for yourself and using your kid as a prop.
